The latest version of PDFCreator does not support NT4.0 SP6. However, you can try downloading PDFCreator 1.7.3 which is the last version to support this operating system.
PDCreator allows you to create a PDF file using the following command calling the main executable: PDFCreator.exe /PrintFile="Path\Filename.extension". This is the only command available for the application. To check more about it, use the following website of the developer where command line parameters are provided: http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator/manual/command-line-parameters

Yes, the application supports uninstalling using a CMD string. To do this, locate the PDFCreator (Program Files or Program Files (X86)), then type the following command using RUN (Windows +R): "C:\Program Files (x86)\PDFCreator\unins000.exe" /verysilent /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART
I have tested it and it works normally without errors.
A PDF I made is unreadable on a diffecrent machine due to not all fonts being enabled during print. How to solve this?

This is an unusual problem, because PDFCreator can make PDF files with all the available fonts. However, try switching to another font, because there is no option in PDFCreator to allow you to customize the embedded fonts. I have installed the application and accessed both Application and Profiles settings, and there was nothing mentioned about fonts.
Switch the fonts to something that're common and if you still encounter issues, then contact the developers of the application: http://forums.pdfforge.org/categories/help
In general, to reduce the PDF file size you just have to decrease the DPI value, but it's not working with PDFCreator.
Test scenario: I open a web page with several pictures (e.g. Google Images), I press Ctrl + P, I select PDFCreator, and then I press Print. I select 100 DPI as resolution and then I click Save. The document title is Test_with_100_DPI.
Now I do the same with 600 DPI (File: Test_with_600_DPI). If I compare the size of the two files, it's more or less the same and I also can't see any differences in the quality. Why it is not working?

The software is not designed to reduce the size of the PDF files. It can be used to create PDF documents from other formats. In order to reduce the size of the documents, I recommend that you use a PDF Compressor from the database of Software Informer. You can try utilities like VeryPDF PDF Size Splitter, Reduce PDF Size, A-PDF Size Splitter, or Nice PDF Compressor. All these programs come with a user guide that will help you reduce the size of the PDF files.
No, PDFCreator doesn't have adware or bloatware, but it will display ads from time to time since you're using the free version. This is the policy implemented by the developers. To remove ads, the Plus version needs to be purchased. If you want ads to be blocked, install an antivirus and block Internet communication for PDFCreator.
I'm printing a PDF file using PDFCreator off an Excel file; when I check print preview Excel displays that 5 pages will be printed; however, when PDFCreator prints the pdf file it prints 7 pages. PDFCreator is not using the print parameters set by Excel? How do I get PDFCreator to print it using the Excel Margins parameters? Thanks.

The free version of PDFCreator is configured to display ads, because this is the agreement offered if you choose to install it. However, the only way to remove those ads is by purchasing the Plus version. The Plus version doesn't have ads, it offers fast updates and premium support. You can get additional information using the following URL: http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator/plus

Yes, you can use Silent Installation. In fact, there are many handles that can be appended to the installation cmd line. To see all of them, access the following URL: http://docs.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator/2.0/en/installing-pdfcreator/setup-command-line-parameters/
The most common one is: setup.exe /NORESTART /VERYSILENT
